The hotel has staff that are friendly and helpful. They gave such a lovely welcome. The personalized note and balloons on the bed were thoughtful touches. I found all the details around the hotel and in the rooms made this hotel stand out!!!

I booked four nights, and the traditional room with a garden view was not what I expected. It was a view of a tree, and I had to close the window at night because mosquitoes came in. the housekeeping did not replace my lotion or amenities!!!

The breakfast was just okay. it was in a very small room, so getting around was difficult. some mornings i had to wait for a table. also, the walls seemed thin. I could hear conversations in the next room quite easily.
